What do you need to know about my dog?

Let us know if your dog is nervous or if you have specific requests.

What services do you provide?

Our spa services include giving your pet a bath, brush, nail trim and grind, brush their teeth and clean their ears. We currently do not provide full grooming services such as haircut or shave.

Do you groom cats?

Yes. We can give them a bath and brush as well as nail trim.

Can I get my dog groomed while they are there for boarding or daycare?

Absolutely. You are welcome to schedule a departure spa service for an extra charge. We will not put your dog back out in the playgroup after their bath unless you request it. That way they are fresh and clean when you pick them up.

How is my dog dried?

Usually with a combination of methods. While in the tub we may towel dry the dog or use a high velocity dryer that blows off most of the water. We also use a cool air mover to help in the drying process. Some dogs may get nervous with the drying process. If this happens, we do not like to cause undue stress and will continue to towel dry the dog (especially around the face).

How long will the grooming service take?

The amount of time depends on the breed and size of your pet. It takes at least an hour for bathing services. Minor services such as nail trims usually only take about 15 minutes. You are welcome to leave your pet for daycare and schedule a bath as a departure service.
